This Mexican skillet was the best skillet I have ever had! So big as well, was 3 meals in one. The salsa on top really completed the skillet!

I think this is a great place in Algonquin. Food is really good. It's expensive but if you know this goin in. Treat yourself. I think beverages are very overpriced everywhere and this is no exception. I recommend the breakfast sliders. Or a chicken and waffle meal

The food was delish. My husband and I shared one of the 5 egg omelets, they were huge. My daughter had the french toast that looked amazing. Highly recommend Syrup.

I'd been wanting to try SYRUP since moving to the area, and it definitely lived up to the hype! Like most popular breakfast spots on the weekend, it was packed, and we had about a 30-minute wait, just as they told us. After we got seated, it took a little while (10-15 mins) for water and menus, which was probably the only downside since we already knew what we wanted to order. The decor here is super cute, bright, and modern--perfect for a fun breakfast vibe! They also have plenty of seating to handle all kinds of group sizes, which is great. Our waitress was super sweet and had some great recommendations. My boyfriend was set on a blackberry limeade, but she suggested the lavender version, and it was SO good. I got the Cluck Cluck Skillet because the chorizo gravy sounded too good to pass up, and it didn't disappoint! The skillet was delicious, though they really load it up with potatoes--probably a bit more than I could handle. But overall, great food and huge portions for what you pay. I'd totally come back for the skillet. SYRUP's a great spot if you're craving a solid breakfast with an awesome atmosphere!

This place would literally be heaven on earth IF you add hash browns to the menu. It's the only thing that's missing- I've been here probably a hundred times since opening - don't get me wrong I still come back and it's our go to breakfast place. Nothing else even comes close to comparing but please please please for the love of F8;k.... Add hash browns - the seasoned potatoes here are complete garbage... you know you throw away half the potatoes that go out to tables. I know you have a grater back there! Just grate and fry!!! Thank you for everything you do. This is my favorite place of all time. Easily best breakfast I've ever had -... minus the lack of hash browns.
